By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent your participation on the Platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify qk33 immediately via the contact details provided on this site. qk33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
Should any of your registered information change, you are obliged to update your account details promptly. Maintaining inaccurate registration information may result in account suspension or the rejection of withdrawal requests pending KYC resolution.
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling best practices, qk33 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be triggered at any time during the account lifecycle at the Platform's discretion.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses carry expiry dates. Any unused bonus funds or free spins remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
qk33 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or forfeit bonuses where it reasonably believes that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, bet cancellations designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
qk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus offers are made at qk33's sole discretion and may not be available to all Users.
All games and betting markets available on qk33 are governed by individual game rules and sport-specific betting regulations published within the Platform. In all cases where a technical error, malfunction or discrepancy arises, qk33's records and system logs shall be the definitive reference point for dispute resolution.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session, all affected bets and transactions may be voided at qk33's discretion. qk33 shall not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions where a timely void or refund remedy is offered.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the qk33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

qk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting qk33 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding KYC verification requirements must be satisfied and any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved per current terms. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned subject to verification and standard processing procedures.
Upon termination of your account, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Liability, Intellectual Property and Governing Law — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
